A 50% non-refundable deposit will hold any horse for sale. The
balance must be paid in cash before the horse can leave our farm.
We encourage buyers to come look at the horses they are interested
in before they leave a deposit. You are welcome to have them vet
checked at your expense before purchase. All horses are sold as is.

This little filly is Devon's Dixie "Chloe" and she was born on April 14, 2011. She is a
white Max. expressed Overo with beautiful blue eyes! Her dam is a 31" B/W pinto
(pictured) and her sire is a 33" Frame Overo. Chloe was measured on 7/24 and was
24.5". Expected mature height is 31". She will sell on application into AMHR registry.
Chloe will make a nice pet or future brood mare. We have had Chloe tested and she
does carry the Frame Overo gene! For you breeders, you KNOW that means she will
be a color producer. Asking price of $550.00! Don't pass this filly up!!!! Price does not
